Thank you for being part of the ODG community, an interest group on organisational development matters at the Singapore Institute of Management.  After four years of existence, there have now been enough connections and common experiences within our ODG community to feel a sense of camaraderie and learning.

To continue this engagement, we are moving our OD conversations into a wider space.  The big news to announce is that we have finally created an online facility for us to stay in touch and build community, over and above the face-to-face sessions (see PAST EVENTS). We are excited about the possibilities that the technology offers us.  

Some of those possibilities include:

·         Sharing ideas and articles online

·         Asking for advice for resources and sharing thoughts

·         Keeping each other informed of OD events in Singapore and the region/world

·         Extending our learning community beyond ODG members

·         Staying in touch with the OD community and all the learning that will take place along the way

Let’s partner to ensure that we are a learning community, and explore ways to expand our effectiveness in the organizations we work with.  We welcome your feedback and suggestions on how to expand on what we are doing, and we hope to see you in person (see UPCOMING EVENTS) and in cyberspace.
